Jeux pour Xbox
Console liée à la 6e génération de systèmes de jeux. Ses ventes en Europe ont commencé le 14 mars 2002, et le support officiel a pris fin le 2 mars 2009. C'est la première tentative autonome de Microsoft de pénétrer le marché des consoles. Elle portait à l'origine le nom de DirectXbox. Le système d'exploitation est Xbox OS – une version fortement modifiée de Windows 2000, version DirectX – 8.1. Concurrents directs : SEGA Dreamcast, Sony PlayStation 2 et Nintendo GameCube. Jeu best-seller – Halo: Combat Evolved. La console a été remplacée par la Xbox 360.
