This 2D beat ’em up with fighting-game elements sends a roster of fighters through Tokyo to battle the strange minions of the evil wizard Phantom. In Story Mode, the heroes fight across eight stages inspired by well-known districts of the city, facing enemies that include dragons and killer robots.
Arcade Mode challenges players to aim for the biggest combo, highest score, or fastest completion time. Characters can develop their stats and skills, and their levels carry over between modes; each fighter also has distinct special attacks. The game supports cooperative play and PvP battles for up to four players.
