Arcade chariot racing set in Ancient Rome unfolds alongside an investigation into a double murder. After a Judean charioteer is killed, Praetorian Quintus Octavian takes his place in the race and tries to solve the crime while competing; the story is presented as a digital graphic novel.
The single-player modes include a championship and a story campaign, while multiplayer races support up to eight players. Tracks span Egypt, Gaul, Greece and Helvetia, with levels set at different times of day. Victories unlock chariot models that can be upgraded, and the game also features several horse types and charioteer avatars.
