A 3D fighting game built around hand-to-hand combat, with erotic elements. Battle Raper includes single-player and multiplayer modes, as well as a Story mode. Fighters can pick up power-ups in the arena, and female characters lose clothing as they take damage; some special moves are sexually explicit grappling attacks.
The Extra mode unlocks artwork and animations and allows interaction with the four female fighters outside regular bouts. The game also features one male fighter.
