A fitness and balance-training game, Wii Fit Plus combines activities from Wii Fit with new exercises and tools for tailoring workout routines. Players can choose Strength Training and Yoga activities, assemble a daily routine, or select from 12 recommended workouts designed around different fitness goals.
The game adds 15 balance games and six new Strength Training and Yoga activities. These include navigating obstacle courses, performing rhythmic kung fu moves, and moving the arms to aim at targets. In multiplayer, up to eight people take turns playing nine different games with a single Wii Balance Board.
