Survivor Squad

This tactical action game with strategy elements follows a squad of survivors searching for supplies in a world overrun by the infected. The player commands up to four survivors, assigns their movements and keeps track of their limited vision so they can cover one another and avoid being left alone. Buildings can be scavenged for materials to craft equipment and gadgets, while enemies can be taken down with melee weapons or firearms.

In the campaign, the squad travels through a randomized world, capturing infected buildings for resources and defending them from hordes. Survival mode challenges players to make their way through successive buildings, while Death Lab sends the squad through a collapsed laboratory with a limited budget. In online or LAN multiplayer, one player controls the survivors and tries to reach an extraction zone, while the other commands the infected and attempts to stop them.
