Retrobooster is a 2.5D arcade shooter about piloting a nimble ship through strange worlds filled with enemies and hazards. Its flight controls use thrust and reverse thrust, while the physics allow the ship to be crushed in collisions. As the pilot progresses, each level leads farther from home and into more dangerous reaches of the galaxy.
The game features more than 30 levels, puzzles, speed-flying challenges, and combat with ten weapons. Unlocked levels can be replayed to improve scores, and four difficulty settings are available. Local split-screen multiplayer supports cooperative and deathmatch modes for up to four players.
