Quintet is a science-fiction multiplayer game in which a crew works together to operate a single spaceship. Players take on five roles: Captain, Helm, Tactical, Engineering, and Science, with success depending on how well the crew coordinates. Ships can accommodate between one and five players, who connect over the Internet and can join or leave during a session.
The game offers cooperative scenarios and battles between crews. Players can work together to repel a large armada or take part in a free-for-all with up to 20 ships. Different ship types can appear in the same scenarios.
