An arcade action game about Barry Steakfries, who runs through monster-filled worlds while shooting at the creatures chasing him. Portals take him to new locations, where he faces demons, mummies, vampires, and other enemies.
The player tries to run as far as possible and earn a high score, picking up weapons and health along the way. The action speeds up and shifts with each new world, and runs can earn in-game awards.
