This arcade racing game follows illegal street races across the United States, with the goal of becoming their undisputed champion. The player competes against computer-controlled rivals through three leagues of increasing difficulty. Winnings from races and bets can be spent on upgrading the Lamborghini Diablo, and the game also features a two-player mode.
Races take place on mountain roads, in deserts and in urban areas, with weather conditions including rain and snow. At the end of each league, a timed highway race through traffic-packed roads serves as a qualifying challenge for the next one. Compared with Crazy Cars III, the game also changes the scoring system and lets players save their progress after every five races.
