Remove Fog - Clean Image

This removes most background fog and the fog filter from the game in case you don't like the effect.
Depending on the area, it has a slight FPS hit since the scenery isn't partly obstructed by fog anymore and appears much clearer. Some areas like the bog appear (obviously) less atmospheric.
Installation instructions:
- Just put the engine.ini file into your: User\[yourname]\Appdata\Local\G1R\Saved\Config\Windows folder and make sure it is set to "Read only".
The game already has a lot of options to turn off annoying effects like bloom, blur, and DoF, meaning some of the commands in the provided .ini file may be obsolete. The ones that matter are:
- Ini, TOML
- [SystemSettings]
- r.fog=0
- r.VolumetricFog=0
These can also just be added to your own engine.ini, in case you are already using tweaked settings, a stutter remover, etc.
