A retro-style arcade space shooter in which the player fights waves of neon enemies and aims for a high score. Echoes mode has ten levels, each introducing an enemy with different strengths and weaknesses. Taking a hit costs energy and can weaken the weapon, while collecting power-ups restores energy and helps strengthen the weapon.
Other modes include a timed challenge, a test of survival, a classic mode with simplified controls, and increasingly dense waves of meteors. Time Attack calls for scoring as many points as possible in three minutes, while Survivor Mode focuses on lasting as long as possible without taking a hit. Score multipliers also play a part in chasing records.
