This management simulation focuses on designing and running a skyscraper. The player decides where to place apartments, hotel rooms, offices, restaurants, shops, elevators, and other facilities. As the tower expands, its management must contend with fires, insect infestations, burglaries, and unhappy tenants.
The building’s income depends on its tenants and visitors, while dissatisfied tenants may leave their apartments, hotel rooms, or offices, lowering the tower’s rating. The goal is to complete specific objectives, earn a five-star rating, and achieve official Tower status by balancing efficient design with tenant satisfaction.
