A fast-paced first-person shooter with roguelike elements, Tower of Guns sends players through a tower whose levels, enemies, and power-ups change with each run. Players battle foes and bosses, aiming to reach the end in a short session, though victory is far from easy.
Randomized level layouts and a range of unlockable weapons and items make each attempt different. Weapons can be altered by combining them with modifiers, while power-ups can enable feats such as jumping repeatedly in midair. Fast movement and dodging attacks are central to combat.
