A story-driven first-person horror game about a talking toy on Christmas Eve 1998. The protagonist opens a present early, and Tattletail gets out of its box; until Christmas, the player must meet the toy’s demands and avoid its mother, Mama Tattletail, who is hunting for her baby.
The player feeds and brushes Tattletail, recharges it, and shakes a flashlight to restore its power. Making noise near Mama Tattletail or waking her must be avoided.
