Still Not Dead is a roguelite first-person shooter in which the player fights through six stages of hell, gathering weapons and items while trying to outrun Death itself. Semi-random runs combine fast-paced combat with tactical choices and battles against hordes of monsters.
Between stages, the player selects blessings and curses that alter a run and shape their playstyle. Progress unlocks skill skulls, which let players adjust the level of challenge. The game also features destructible environments, dynamic fire and weather, and hand-drawn pixel art.
