This science-fiction stealth action game with psychological thriller elements follows John Vattic, who wakes from a coma in a US medical facility and tries to discover why he has been imprisoned. With no memory of his past, he must find a way to escape and uncover the mystery behind the secret experiments performed on him.

Levels can be approached through stealth, gunfights, psychic abilities, or a combination of these methods. John can heal himself, influence people’s minds, manipulate objects at a distance, and project himself beyond his body. The story unfolds across two timelines, taking him from secret research bunkers to the desolate expanses of Siberia.
