This science-fiction simulator with roguelike and horror elements follows a lone researcher orbiting an undiscovered planet whose surface is a radioactive wasteland. Unable to land safely, the researcher explores remotely with a rover, investigating derelict structures and the remains of alien machinery, collecting samples, and bringing them back to the science lab for study.
Objects found on the surface can be used to upgrade the rover, while research helps uncover what happened on the planet. Each new game features a different character and backstory, along with a new planet and its mysteries. The experience also includes action, combat, and resource management, as dangerous events can befall explorers far from home.
