This point-and-click adventure is set in a distant dystopian society under oppressive militaristic rule. The player takes the role of Jack Drebin, a longtime member of the Local Security Force, a husband and a soon-to-be father. His routine life is thrown into chaos during a search and seizure involving a suspected terrorist.
As the first episode in a three-part series, the game has players explore hand-drawn locations, look for clues, collect items, hold conversations and solve logical puzzles to progress through the story. Shootouts use a real-time duck-and-cover mechanic. The game’s visual style draws on European indie comics.
