Plant Tycoon is a gardening simulation about growing plants and experimenting with crossbreeding. The goal is to breed the six Magic Plants of Isola and solve a genetic puzzle by finding the right seed combinations. The player starts with a small amount of money, some seeds, soil, and water, then grows plants, gathers seeds, and monitors each plant’s health, age, and maturity.
Plants must be protected from pests and dehydration, and their appearance can be altered by pruning. Selling cultivated plants helps fund research and purchase supplies and ornaments for the nursery. Gameplay runs in real time, with more than 500 plant species to discover and insects to collect.
