This third-person action adventure follows Boog, a domesticated bear who ends up in the forest three days before hunting season begins. Alongside the fast-talking mule deer Elliott, he rallies the forest animals to protect their home and drive away the hunters. Beth, Shaw, and other characters from the Open Season film also appear.
Boog uses a range of tricks against the hunters, throwing skunk bombs and rabbits while squirrels fire acorns. His adventures include rolling inside a giant snowball, riding rapids on a floating outhouse, and racing through mine tunnels in a cart. As the game progresses, Boog goes from “Mild” to “Wild”; its mini-games support up to four players.
