This military strategy game with action battles is set in an alternate reality where Virshia is conquering the oceans with a fleet of Superships. The player commands a Tactical Battle Group opposing Virshia’s forces, tackling missions in two phases: Strategy and Battle.
Before each battle, the player reviews its objectives and known threats, then can upgrade the ship’s weapons, defenses, propulsion and aircraft, develop technology and weapons, or purchase parts. More than 100 combat-ready vessels based on real ships from the United States, Japan, Great Britain and Germany are available. In battle, the player controls the primary warship in real time and changes the formation of escort ships, which provide support against air and sea targets and during assaults.
