A party game set in the Mario universe, where Bowser shrinks Mario and his friends as they search for crystals before he can claim them. In the single-player campaign, the heroes explore five different settings, collect coins and stars, avoid hazards, and face a boss at the end of each stage. Their enemies include Piranha Plants and other familiar creatures from the Mario series.
Progress unlocks minigames such as Rail Riders, Sweet Sleuth, and Goomba Wrangler. Alongside the story campaign, the game offers Puzzle and Minigame modes, with support for up to four players.
