This third-person action game takes place in Varrigan City, which a terrorist group known as The Organizers has turned into the arena for a deadly game show called Death Watch. As Jack, the player moves through the city, fights enemies, sets traps, and uses weapons such as chainsaws, street signs, and daggers.
Blood Bath Challenges appear between levels and let players upgrade weapons and raise their scores. Sports commentators call out moves during combat, while finishing moves and exaggerated violence add a darkly comic tone.
