This text-based fantasy role-playing novel casts the player as a Monster Master whose choices shape the story as war breaks out with a northern kingdom. Wild monsters can be trained telepathically as treasure guardians, royal pets, or stone masons, while skills in telepathy and reading body language help reveal their thoughts. The way the player treats them, from compassion to harsh punishment, affects the clan’s readiness to defend the realm.
