Katamari Damacy is a third-person action game in which the Prince of the Cosmos must repair the damage caused when the great King accidentally knocked the stars from the sky. To restore the starry skies, the Prince rolls a katamari through varied locations, gathering objects ranging from cookies and cars to planes and people.
As the katamari grows, it can pick up more objects, and success depends primarily on its size. The game features a single-player story mode and a two-player battle mode.
