This industrial management simulation follows the growth of a factory that manufactures military equipment and weapons. Starting with a small operation, the player buys resources, fulfils orders and earns licences to produce more advanced goods. Expanding production involves unlocking machinery and technologies, while building a reputation with clients and the government.
Machines and conveyor systems let players organise their production lines, while goods can be traded on a dynamic market. As the factory develops, its catalogue can grow to include armour, ammunition, firearms and explosives. Some clients offer orders that may break the law, and political influence can be used to provoke conflicts and pursue further business. The game also features scenarios and a sandbox mode.
