This hardcore roguelike action RPG takes place in a dark world crawling with monsters and nightmares. By defeating enemies, the player collects body parts and combines them to gain skills and abilities, adapt their play style, and face increasingly powerful foes.
Parts let the character be assembled from monster heads, arms, and legs, while genes can permanently enhance the body. Levels are randomly generated, and death usually resets progress; collected resources can help the player survive. The world also contains allies, merchants, and bosses, and the flesh of defeated monsters can be used for cooking.
