This first-person adventure with puzzles follows the search for a missing paleontologist in the Amazon jungle and a journey through other dimensions. Doc Maitland has found the powerful mythical tree he spent his life seeking, then vanishes. His daughter Nancy and her partner, archaeological detective Dr. Jack Lanser, pick up his trail, but Jack falls under a spell and is drawn into a chain of non-parallel dimensions.
The player explores a strange universe as Jack tries to find his way back and work out how to prevent events before they happen. He must save himself and Doc Maitland before becoming lost in the Forever Worlds.
