A turn-based tactics game about tower building and spellcasting, in which opponents try to destroy each other’s Archmage’s Chamber. Each turn, the player places blocks, builds rooms and casts spells. Libraries store spells, Crystals generate mana, and Dwarf Dwellings provide helpers to repair the tower. Room placement affects how well rooms work: the Archmage’s Chamber grows more powerful higher up, while some rooms are more effective underground, where flooding is a risk.
The Archmage’s Chamber is hidden from the opponent and must be protected. An enemy tower can be crushed, burned or flooded; lightning can start a fire that destroys the tower over several turns. The game can be played alone against the computer or in multiplayer.
