This tower defense strategy game takes place inside the human body, where its defenders fend off attacks by viruses and bacteria. Battles unfold in different organs, including the heart, appendix, stomach, and brain, while enemies use tactics of their own.
Players place and upgrade defensive towers, send platelet soldiers into battle, and use bonuses such as electric shocks, bombs, and adrenaline to increase tower attack speed. The game offers several difficulty levels, and an in-game encyclopedia provides information about enemies and structures.
