This third-person action game with horror and puzzle elements follows private detective Fred Neuman, who is brutally murdered and brought back to life in a bizarre scientific experiment. Without his memory or his head, he sets out to find those responsible and solve his own murder.
Fred uses the severed heads of his enemies in combat and to overcome obstacles. Each head has distinct abilities, and players can collect, upgrade and switch between them while fighting mutants, gangsters and crime bosses.
