This turn-based military strategy simulation pits up to eight factions against one another on large hex-based maps. Players command more than 1,500 types of real-world military units, including tanks, aircraft, ships and submarines, across more than 300 maps with varied terrain. Each turn is divided into six phases: Missile, Income, Supply, Replenishment, Action and Production.
Editors allow players to create maps and units, customize production rosters and set battle rules. The Neo Master Combat mode features a 60-map campaign in which victories earn points to spend on new units; surviving forces can be kept and customized between battles. Missions include capturing cities, destroying enemy troops and escorting a VIP.
