This action-adventure with settlement-building elements takes place in a world where the landscapes, trees, buildings, and characters are all made of cardboard. After a long war with the goblins, humanity is close to defeat, and the settlement must help turn the conflict around.
The player explores a generated continent, gathers resources, and chooses a site for a town, then builds and develops it by assigning jobs to its inhabitants. Changing seasons and temperatures, along with the effects of the player’s actions on nature, shape life in the settlement. The player forms a group of warriors, defends the town from nightly goblin attacks, and, once prepared, assaults the goblin castle.
