This music game follows The Beatles’ career, from their early performances in Liverpool to the band’s 1969 concert on the roof of Apple Corps headquarters. Players perform songs on guitar, bass and drums, or sing along; the game also introduces three-part vocal harmonies.
Story mode takes the band through shows at The Cavern Club, on The Ed Sullivan Show, at Shea Stadium and at the Budokan in Tokyo, before moving to the Abbey Road studio years. These studio sequences feature Dreamscapes, visual scenes reflecting The Beatles’ musical and stylistic changes. Archival recordings of the band members talking during studio sessions play between songs.
