Off-road racing takes place on tracks around the world, where the player competes against members of racing gangs and their bosses. Starting with a single car, the player earns fame and advances through the contests. Each boss has a weakness that must be identified and exploited during the race.
The garage lets players buy and sell cars, tune and upgrade them, and change their parts and paintwork. The game features more than 87 cars, 30 tracks, and six locations. Cars can be tested on an off-road course or in the AquaMarine water test before races, which involve navigating rough terrain, overtaking rivals, and using nitro.
