A 3D helicopter flight simulator in which a pilot takes on jobs in cities imported from SimCity 2000 or included with the game. Free mode allows flight around a city without career assignments, while career mode casts the player as a working pilot responding to incidents.
Jobs include fighting fires, rescuing people, catching criminals, controlling riots, evacuating the injured, transporting residents, and dealing with traffic. Successful missions earn money that can be spent on buying and upgrading helicopters, while failures incur fines.
