A turn-based historical grand strategy game about the rivalry of great powers during the 19th-century colonial era. The player leads one of eight countries through industrialization, military conquest, and colonization across a global map. The game spans the period from 1850 to 1920.
Its systems include diplomacy, a detailed world economy, and army and fleet construction. Players can compete against the AI or take part in multiplayer, where turns are resolved simultaneously.
